When you go through a temp agency, do you get a personal interview with the

company you will be working for? I have an interview tomorrow with a temp agency, but I think I would like a personal interview with the company prior to employment (simply because I have a decent job now, and am just looking for some change, but dont want to leave a decent position for something I would hate.) Will they give me a personal interview. Its a direct hire position, not a temp position.
