When you get bad customer service from a business you work with regularly, do you...

...complain? For example, someone you pay for an ongoing service doesn't return your calls for weeks. Someone who is consulting on something brushes off your questions and is short once they've got the contract. Someone promises you faxes and leaves you waiting all day, then goes home without sending them. Do you address these types of things or do you just figure it will harm the relationship to complain?

Complain. Things won't ever get better unless you say something. Even if you are under contract- there are always options to do something else- like once the contractual period is over, using someone else- giving them bad recommendations, going to the better business bureau, or simply breaking the contract, taking your lumps and signing with someone else.
