officer ? I recently got a ticket, its my first and I am really scared because, i got nervous when i got pulled over.
The officer had asked me why I was distracted. I said : because of my phone, BUT I was so caught up that i forgot to tell him that I was only picking up the phone from the floor of the car since i didn't want it to slide under my brakes. Will the judge quote my comment when i appeal. :'(
