refurbished phone? cause i lost my phone and i had insurance on my phone and i had to file a claim for a replacement but i have to pay a $130 for it, which is total bs, given how much money i've already paid in insurance payments, i've already paid them full price for another phone and some, their insurance service is a crock, they should fully cover the entire price of your phone and we shouldn't have to pay anything for it but if i have to pay a $130 i don't want some refurbished phone, i want a brand new phone, so i'd like to know from anyone who know's before i make a payment
