I have unlimited texting and data (and I think the lady said that counts with downloads as well, but I'm not sure) and went to watch a video that proceeded to download onto my videos. I'm worried it would have charged and will show up on the bill since my mother doesn't have money for extra costs. So does it have a fee to download? And will it inform the owner that a download was made?
