I am thinking of purchasing a new phone and I had a couple of questions.
If I were to buy a phone for the full price from Verizon wireless or At&T could I take it to T-Mobile and get a contract with them? Or would i have to buy a phone from T-Mobile. The phone I would like from Verizon is the blackberry storm. And the one I am thinking about from At&t is the Samsung Eternity.

Well, sort of. If you bought a Verizon Phone and tried to use T-Mobile on it, all of the phone's features would be turned off except basic services (like phone calls).

No you can't see some companies like t-mobile and AT&T use sim cards a little micro chip that you insert in the phone verizon and sprint don't they have to activate it manually.
