When you bring your bicycle to a stop, where does the kinetic energy it had go?

Could you guys help me with this question? I'd really apprecciate it. Thanks :)

like he said the tires and road, but also heat in the breaks if they were used and your feet if you stopped it with your feet on the ground. but basically something had to be acting on your bike to stop it. either an opposing force or just plain friction. if friction/kinetic energy/heat, you have been losing energy over a period of time and as a result, slowing down. hopefully you do not have to take air resistance into factor.
