I wanted to know if I should create seperate word documents for each chapter of the book, or if i should create just one word document.

Also, is there a way to fuse word documents together without copying and pasting

thanks

Create one document. It's much easier. However you will want to save your book in another document as well.

Example : If you save your book as "Once Upon a Time" also save it as "Once Upon a Time, 2nd copy" that way in case something happens to the first copy you will have the other document. I would also recommend saving it to a blank disk.

I think just using one would be easiest but it might be more beneficial to use multiple ones, in case you change something in a chapter. Of course, this all depends on how comfortable you feel! Choose whichever you feel your writing flourishes in!

And for your second question, not that I'm aware of :/
Sorry, I think copying and pasting is the only way
