out your knowledge what do you do I worked as an hourly employee for over 6 years with over time and was paid appropriately for that over time. Now I heard that my boss said he was puting me on on Salary. I asked to meet with him through and email and no response. Later the next day I saw him and he was busy chit chating so I said I would talk to him later and he rolled his eyes and said their is nothing to talk about ...do the math. So now I will lose 5,000.00 a year in overtime. Am I still required to work more than 40 hours on salary? This boss wouldn't even meet with me to explain why he changed me from hourly to salary? Is that legal?
