When will xbox live be up and running today????

i tried to connect but is said my MTU wasn't connected. above it , it said xbox live will be going under maintenance until 17:00 GMT??????? i think it's 5:00 where i live that it'll be. please help me!!!!!!!

BTW my gamertag is SPRAKS7777 i need help in team doubles (19) if you want to help me let me know THANKS!!
is it my connection hats bad or is xbox live still under maintenance?????
 
it will start at around 5:00pm wereever you live. then u can go on xbox live.
ps. my friends gamertag is systemofakris
