When will World War 3 begin?

I believe that WW3 is inevitible and will come soon.
I believe it will be a nuclear holocaust and destroy the evil governments
of this Earth thus allowing humanity a new beginning.
History, and the study of human behavior tells us that:
A. there is always going to be another major war, thus there will be a WW3 just as there was a WW1 and a WW2
B. Humans have never been given a weapon that wasn't used, thus there will be a nuclear war
C. the USA won't last forever. Empires and Superpowers rise only so that they might fall, Rome fell, the USSR fell, the USA will too.
 
Doubtful it ever will. A major war, perhaps. A world war, doubt it. With the United Nations set up the way that it is, I doubt we'll ever see a war in which all the powers collaborate together. What's the point of war anymore? In the past, it was a matter of who could defeat each other, who had the bigger army, etc...With today's nuclear weapons, it's anybody's game. We could all wipe each other out, so war has nearly become a mute point.
