When will the sprint exclusivity deal for the EVO 4G expire?

I was speaking with a rep from credomobile (check them out, awesome stuff) and he said that Sprint currently has an exclusivity deal on the EVO 4G, but it will end in a few months or so. He wasn't specific. I can't find the details on when this contract is over and EVO 4G can be offered by other carriers.
