When will the froyo update for the samsung ACTUALLY be out?

So, according to samsungmobileUK's twitter acount, it says that froyo is out already.
I have the latest version on KIES and i am on Tmob (UK)
when i try to update, it says that its not out yet..


what is wrong with samsung? the stupid dogs
