Ok so i tried to order a new phone with EIP on my tmobile account and it exceeded the 15 min time limit they give you to enter the pin, so now i'm trying to redo it and its telling me that i have and existing upgrade in process. Customer service says they can't do anything about it. Do you know how long do i have to wait in order to redo the order?
