My fiancee is at Fort Leonard Wood for BCT. His asthma flared up when he got there and he was diagnosed with depression and given meds... so he got discharged. He tells me he should only be a few weeks but I heard it could take up to a year sometimes before someone comes home. Is that true? He was in basic for only 2.5 weeks before being told he is being sent home. And he's been gone total about 4 and a half weeks. The anxiety is killing me... Idk what to anticipate. At least with BCT and AIT I knew when he'd be home...
