When Will Metro PCS have 4G in the Atlanta Area?

When Will Metro PCS have 4G in the Atlanta Area? Also, This might be a stupid questions but is the Samsung Craft, the new "driod" metropcs was supposedly going to release or will that come later along with other 4g compatible phones? I want the Droid cause my old phone was stolen and I don't want to wait forever for it to come out.
