I have been working out about 5 days a week at the gym since December. I do 30 minutes of cardio, then I do a sequnce of weight circuit. I'm just trying to tone my muscle so that I have some definition. When I started working out, I weighed 160 when I started, now I weigh 150, at 5'5 (26 yr old female). I feel some of the muscle especially in my stomach, but I still have this layer of belly fat that I can't shake off. Any suggestions?
