I'm 15, 5'4 and 174 lbs. I know I'm basically obese, and I've finally decided that I want and need to be healthy. I eat healthy, but cheat a bit (just with a chocolate granola bar or a small cookie, I don't eat chips or anything like that). I workout every Saturday and Sunday for about 2 hours each time. I usually do about twenty minutes of simple workouts (pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, etc) in my room each night before bed. That's basically it. I wish i could workout more during the schoolweek, but I stay after school every day for newspaper, am in all AP classes, go to driving class, etc. I just don't have time, and I hate saying that. Heres the lunch I pack to school each day: Organic pb&j sandwhich on whole wheat bread, Diet cranberry juice (10 caloires!), a handful of vanilla yogurt cranberries, and soy chocolate pudding.
So what i'm asking is, when will i see results based on the information above? My goal is to get to at least 140 by June. 130 is my dream weight, and if I get to that by July, I'd be sooooooo happy!

I just started to eat very healthy. I never ate super unhealthy foods, I just didn't exercise. Don't jump to conclusions.
