When will I recieve my first tmobile bill, and what will it include?

Today I purchased the mytouch and a plan with tmobile, and I was just wondering will I get the balance of the phone like a few weeks after I get the phone, or with the phone? Or will I get it on my first bill? And around when should I be expecting my first bill?
