When will I produce sperm since and I just started producing Pre cum?

It started a few months ago its clear like water and my dad said it was pre cum. So every time I get "excited" it comes out.When will i be able to actually produce sperm?

P.S. I'm 12.7 (my b-day is august 1rst)
