I'm a 16 year old boy. I'm 6 ft tall and I weigh 213. I used a calorie calculator to determine how long it would take to get to my goal weight (175) if I had a 1000 calorie deficit daily, which gave me mid March,2011. I know I'll see results before then, but when I think ahead to when I reach my goal, I'm still thinking of myself as looking the same and it seems like it will take forever. How long do you think it will take to notice a difference? The main thing that I want to get rid of is my face weight. How long do you think it could take for my face to get more slender? And my last question. I have asthma and whenever I jog on my treadmill, I lose my breath within a minute. How can I build myself up to be able to run for a while without getting winded?
