I started taking the pill again after a 3 month break due to my original pill causing me health problems. I started taking the new pill and it really didn't agree with me so after a week I stopped taking it. I had a very light period for about 2 days. Me and my partner have not been using an contraceptives as we are at the stage were we would like to start a family and feel that if it happens then great. My last proper period was over 4 weeks ago when I started taking the pill. It would have been due 3 days ago. I know that my cycle is now messed up but I just wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience of taking the pill for a week and when their next period arrived. I have been getting period pains for the last 5 or 6 days and wondered if I should take a test or wait a couple of weeks?
When will I get my period, should I test?
