Will I be able to start using it in bct (basic training). I have a few cavities that I wish to fill as soon as I can. So, my question asks if I can start using my dental insurance at bct? Thanks.
I disagree with Rock, let the Army fix you up. Why come out of pocket with the $$ to fix your teeth prior to going to basic where they will fix them for free? There is no insurance for you while active duty, it's all taken care of by the service, ins doesn"t come into play until you have dependents
Yes, if you have dental needs in boot camp you go to the dentist. You don't pay medical or dental insurance for yourself, just for your dependents. Your treatment is free.
Best thing for you to do is to have them fixed now , before you enlist as they don't use ins. All branches of the military have their own dentists as well as doctors. Ins not needed.
