When will colleges have their apps up for fall 2010?

I know the common app opens july 1, but what about apps/supplements for individual schools? they say more information will be available summer 2009, but when do they usually come out? (like late july? august?) i would like to start the application process as soon as possible, but i went to the usc website and they only have the fall 2009 app up..
