When will Camp Rock 2 come out on DVD?

I heard a rumor that it was going to come out Holiday 2010, but I know for sure that there will be a Camp Rock 2 DVD. ALSO, is it true for sure 100% that it will premiere July 13th? I thought the book was coming out the 13th, and that the movie would come out on July 16th. IMDB seems to think that it WILL come out the 13th.
