I actually saw a question on here asking why he hasn't repealed it yet. I think Obama really wants to extend it though, naturally, he won't call it the Patriot Act or admit to wanting to extend it, y'know like the Church changed the department from the Inquisition to the Office of the Procreation of Faith. Sounds nicer, but it's the same thing, except maybe without the rack.
