If so, what kind of business was it and where? Give them a plug if you want, I don't mind here.
What led to this question is that I happen to be dealing with about four different companies right now with huge customer service issues.
No one calls back, a machine directs you to the wrong person, bad communications, errors.....
Is this now just the "norm" and acceptable in today's world?
I couldn't help but wonder how we are going to deal with laziness, ineptitude and whatnot if we are all on some kind of government health care plan? I'm not saying government employees are any worse off than any other company, but at least BC/BS pays my medical bills and we never have to complain to them.
The topic of this question really isn't health care, though, it's about seeking out a company who is just plain good at what they do, gets back to you and resolves things if something is wrong.
I meant dime not time, sorry.
One thing I do want to add is that my local small hardware store sent a man during our long power failure to help get our generator going and didn't want a time, just being neighborly. Westville Hardware, Plaistow NH. They deserve my praise and I would never want to include them in my blanket statement about poor service. They are the best people.
