can anyone tell me why this happens? I have a built-in web cam and my friend has a 3rd party web-cam she bought online. Sometimes mine will shut off and then turn right back on and hers does the same. We do not know what could be causing this as we both have pretty good internet connections.
when video chatting on Skype sometimes our web cams will turn on and off.
