My question is in regards to Non Disclosure Agreements and when to use them. I met with a web designer to go over a concept I have been working on and I had him sign one. Anyways, I have recently come up with a similar more basic concept and was unsure if I should ask him to sign an NDA. The initial one I had him sign was general in that it was not just for that day but it was specifically for that project. Thoughts on having him sign another one or just relying on the first?
