Been working on the Kegel exercises recently for health and lasting longer for my significant other during sex. (I'm a male). Kinda only issues i'm having starting off is focusing on the PC muscles while squeezing as long as I can, most the time I tend to start using my ab muscles, but I know that will improve over time when the PC muscles get stronger. Any tips? I have a few months until I see my fiance again. (She's in Germany). So i'm hoping to see an improvement by then. At what point during sex should a male use the kegel exercises though? Just repeatedly or only when you feel the urge to ***?
