My caterer (for my wedding) Said she will prepare all the food the day before the wedding (her and a business partner) and start cooking that night and into the morning to be prepared by 5:00pm the next day. My mother in-law says this is not enough time to cook Chicken, Roasted red potatoes, and broccoli for 130 people. How much time do you think is needed to cook that much food?
