I have a 12 year old mare and she is in great shape. I ride her usually everyday for only about half hour and if I do work her a little harder I give her the next day off. She never has limped or shown signs of pain in her legs after her workouts. I am giving her joint medicine cause my moms horse has to have it but I am not sure if i should be giving it to my horse if she doesn't need it. Wat do you think? Should I still give it to her or wait till she gets older and starts showing signs of joint stiffness? Thanks a lot
