When to change oil in 1999 Pontiac?

I bought a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville last year, with 67500 miles on it. The car is in great shape. I use the car as a station car to the railroad and for local errands. How often should I change the oil, if I put 4-5000 miles on it per year.?
