Without wanting to turn this into another Lovefilm bashing thread, I have already made the decision to transfer out of Lovefilm to Screenselect (The lesser of many evils shall we say)...
question is, how much notice do you have to give Lovefilm to cancel?
I have signed up for the screenselect deal and am going to receive 6 free films before I pay, the account is opened, but no films are in the queue waiting for dispatch, I want to start receiving them, but then have the 7th disc dispatched on the 28th (My Pay Day)..
However, I'm paid up with Lovefilm until the 28th also, if I cancel now will I receive a refund, or is it best to wait until the day before my billing day and cancel, am hoping to receive as many discs as possible this week (Ever the optomist i know!) before they grind service to an absolute halt if I alert them too soon that I intend to leave..
Although I suppose more importantly, am just wanting to make suire I'm not saddled with another month of Lovefilm!!
