I was texting someone, and their signal got low so they couldn't text me, supposedly. It's an LG phone from At&t, so it can get on msn, aim, ect. They got on msn perfectly fine. So, even if the signal is low, and they couldn't text me because their phone wouldn't let them, can they still get on all those other things?
When the signal is low with a cellphone..?
