When the iPhone 4 comes to Verizon....?

When the iPhone 4 comes to Verizon, I heard that it will have an unlimited data plan... but with all that said and done, will there be an extra charge per mount just to have one? Sort of like ATT. For example, I have Verizon and I have 2 people on my plan.. I pay about $140 and that's with unlimited text, pic messaging, video, + the $10 insurance on each phone. If I got an iPhone 4 will that $140 go up?
