I know that only male police officers are allowed to strip search male suspects taken into custody, but are they allowed to touch them at any point, once the suspect is completely naked? For example: if they put on rubber gloves, can they manually inspect the suspect's mouth, nose, hair, penis, testicles, anus or any other body part. Are they allowed to pull back his foreskin, or does the suspect/inmate do this himself?
