My friend is in jail right now because he had a warrant for a failure to appear . hes charged with a felony intoxication assault .this is the only thing he has in this county. he has no bond set right now and hes getting a lawyer. But he does have a criminal history in other nearby counties.no warrants but a history of dwi or dui's and stuff like that. so im wondering if he goes to court do they know about his stuff in other counties? does that lessen the chances of his lawyer trying to get his charges brought down for this? this is in texas..........
When someone goes to court does the court automatically know their criminal history?
