When should i test for pregnancy?

I have the home pregs test and the brand is 'Pregnosis' . They say its okay to test 7-10 days after conception, but i hear people warn to only test when u have missed your period.

When should i test for accurate results?
 
I'd say it would be safe to test the day you're supposed to start your period...if your super anxious like I am...lol, but if you can wait then yea its better to wait about a week...good luck with everything:)
