When should I test after HCG and IUI?

On April 10th I did the HCG trigger shot and then on April 13th I had IUI done. When should I be able to test and when should my period be due.
Last period was March 27th and it is usally 28 to 30 days but with HCG and IUI it should be 10-14 days after right?
I hate this so much
 
I did my trigger shot on April 13th and my RE said to wait 16 days. This will ensure that the HCG is out of your system and you won't get a false positive. Since you got your shot on the 10th, you should be able to test and see if you are pregnant, if you get a negative, don't give up hope because it might be too soon for it to show up yet. I took an hpt today to see if the hcg was out of my system and it was. It has only been 11 days since my shot. Just take a test and see what it says. Good luck.
