it is what it is

My son is close to 14 months old. There has been a court order for child support and health insurance since December '08. He immediately fell 6 weeks behind, then I got it here and there when he wasn't laid off. I got half of what he owed in May when he filed his income taxes. Now 4 months later he is back up to $1200 behind and he is laid off indefinitely. He never provided insurance cards until we went to court in July. So I took care of our son's health insurance and medical bills. Plus, I pay for daycare, clothes, diapers, medicine...everything. His father has never provided a thing. Even when our son goes with his dad I have to provide food, diapers, wipes, even milk. When I finally got his insurance cards from his father we used it for his 1 year check up and shots. I just got a bill for $600 saying the claim was denied b/c his father failed to answer a letter they sent to him about a primary care physician. What should I do about this? Enough is enough!
