When should I take my Candidate Fitness Assessment for the military academy?

I am right now a sophomore in high school and I was wondering when during my junior year do I take the Candidate Fitness Assessment? Also when should I apply for West point and apply for nominations? If I could get a general timeline on what to do that would be great. Thanks!
