when should i take a pregnancy test?

i took a pregnancy test three days ago and it was negative but i am still not on my period and it has been 30 days since my last one, should i take another pregnancy test? my periods are fairly irregular as i only came off of the pill about 5 months ago. any advice would be helpful
 
You can take one whenever you want to and as many times as you want to. Is not having a period for 30 days normal for you? Are you having any other symptoms? You can either test every so often while looking for symptoms or wait around and see if your period comes back. You'll find out either way eventually. =)
