When should I exercise?

I walk 30 minutes to work and back every day except Sunday. I have to leave home by 7-30am and don't get back until 5-30 - 6-00pm. I need to get in better shape and have the wii fit at home as well as my fitness coach, but I do not know what time is best. I don't like mornings so struggle to get up to do the work out before work, but often feel to tired at the end of the day to do it. If I do get up even earlier, should I eat breakfast before or after the work out (and then walk to work)? As I work in an office, I do not want to turn my walk into a run so I am sweaty once there, and the way home is all down hill! I plan on the fitness coach on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, as well as wii fit each day.
I am currently about 15stone (210lbs) and 5'6, and have a fairly healthy diet, which I will be improving on.
