I do a 5 meal a day plan. I have two meals before lunch, and i eat lunch at 12. I work out at 12:45, and usually get back from the gym at 3- 3:30. After i work out, i take xtend and aminovol. When should i have my next meal (protein bar), cause i usually eat dinner at 5:30, or should i push my dinner back so i can seperate my last two meals more?
