I've got an ongoing debt and dispute with the Yellow Pages for over $15,000. Very recently, I received a threatening letter from a large law firm regarding this debt. So far, my company nor I have been served any lawsuit papers. I don't want to contact an attorney until it is absolutely necessary because they tend to charge a lot and immediately and I still am not entirely sure my company will be sued or when for this debt. The verbiage in the letter was to the effect they will "consider" a lawsuit and demanding I contact them within a few days. This debt has been building for about 2 years now. Thanks for any advice on this.
