I'm going to court in 2 days for possession of 6 pills of ecstasy and being under the influence of 2 pills. However, the cop that arrested me didn't read me my rights, took my $20, and my friend that was with me didn't get his Droid 2 back. I was also cursed at in my own language (Korean) and my friend had to go back to the scene of the crime at 5 AM to retrieve a pin that has incredible sentimental value to me. When do I mention this to the judge?
Also, should I plead guilty or not guilty? If I plead not guilty and the cop isn't there, do I win the case automatically? Or will it be pushed to another date ?
