Missouri Law. First offense Domestic assault 3rd degree, put on 2 years probation, probation was suspended 7 months later, second offense passing bad check more than 500.00, SES of 4 yrs in DOC, put on supervised probation, probation suspended 6 months later, felony warrant issued. all of this happened within the same year, why will the county not arrest this person?
also has one other charge in a different county of passing bad check, more than 500, also a felony, and a warrant has been issued for that as well
it has been almost a year since felony warrants were issued, and they still have not arrested this person....
