I got stuck in some water. My engine never died while in it, but it's been months and my transmission has been acting weird ever since. I DID replace the filter and refill, but I was told I might have floated a seal, or something. What types of things should I expect when I take it in to the shop? And what are the levels of seriousness of repairs?
