When me and my friend was camping when we was asleep are backs where touching?

Normally i would of moved but it was comfy and we was like that for about 2 hours. What i want to know is why did i like it was it because i felt secure or did i like it because of the warmth off of him
Would he of felt the same because he didnt move
We are both straight just close friends
